ONLINE CHINESE / MANDARIN LANGUAGE COURSE 4-MONTH PART TIME

Conditions of Enrolment (Please Read Carefully)
  1. Prospective students must complete this enrolment form together with full monthly payment of their tuition fee before starting lessons.
  2. Monthly payment has to be made before the start of every 4th class. 
  3. Enrolment is for the whole program (17 classes). No cancellation is allowed. 
  4. No refunds will be made after payment has been made, unless AMBA cancels the course. There is no refund on course materials (if you have to purchase additionally). This applies to all classes.
  5. Cancellation fee ($25) will be charged for cancellation prior to the commencement of the course.
  6. Unused portions of classes are not transferable to other persons.
  7. Special offers or discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other special offers or discounts.
  8. AMBA reserves the right to alternate Tutors and make changes to curriculum at any time, without notice.
  9. As per our privacy policy, tutors may not give students their personal contact details. 
  10. No soliciting business from any parties other than for AMBA. 
  11. Any materials provided by the Tutor or AMBA, students may not re-use them other than for AMBA purposes. 
  12. In the case of Tutor’s absence, class shall be push forward or another Tutor will be assigned without notice.
  13. Recordings, photographs and video will be taken throughout the program to provide the student and/or parents and the teacher opportunities to capture and highlight significant technical issues or capture milestones in mandarin learning development.
  14. Images, video and recordings will be taken and shared in website, social media, newsletters and displayed for future marketing and advertising.

  • No refund will be given for unattended classes. 
  • The length of classes may be shortened if there are less than 5 students. 
  • Attendance is compulsory for the course on the same day and time without exception. However, in the case of classes having been missed by the student, a private "catch-up" lesson may be arranged at a cost of AUD $30 per 60 minutes, payable to AMBA.
